Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a maternity leave assignment at a K-12 school. This position is located in Hayti, South Dakota and requires availability for two days per week over a 10-week period during the regular school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification with CCC credential
• Experience working with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech-language pathology
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to K-12 students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions
• Document progress and communicate with the educational team regularly
• Support students in developing communication skills essential for academic success
