Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In Chillicothe, OH, a specialized educational environment is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide targeted support within a K-12 setting. This role involves working closely with students requiring behavioral interventions and supports, fostering their educational and social development.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
• Experience in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding behavioral strategies
• Deliver direct support to 3-4 students requiring intensive BCBA services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for students
• Provide training and resources to staff and families on applied behavior analysis
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
