Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding behavioral strategies
- Deliver direct support to 3-4 students requiring intensive BCBA services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for students
- Provide training and resources to staff and families on applied behavior analysis
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
