Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- Valid Pennsylvania clearances

- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Proficient in data collection and analysis related to student behavior
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavioral techniques
