Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled candidate to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on addressing the diverse communication needs of students through assessment, intervention, and support strategies.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on pediatric populations.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and effective treatment approaches.
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and identify areas of need.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to facilitate communication goals within the classroom.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students requiring speech and language support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school policies.
