Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Engage in a rewarding opportunity for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to support students in an elementary school setting. This position is based in Chula Vista, CA, and involves working with varied caseloads to address the diverse needs of learners for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience in pediatric speech and language therapy
  • Familiarity with elementary school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other professionals
  • Knowledge of IEPs and related processes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
  • Supervise and mentor support staff as needed
