Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought to provide supervision to a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF) within a K-12 school setting. This contract position supports the professional development of a new clinician by offering guidance, evaluation, and mentorship throughout the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Duration: August 4, 2025 February 13, 2026
Hours: 2 hours per week
Compensation: $150 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to an SLP Clinical Fellow in compliance with ASHA standards.
- Conduct regular observation sessions and offer constructive feedback to support clinical skill development.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and progress evaluations related to the Clinical Fellowship Year.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective communication services delivery to students in grades K-12.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards while supporting the fellows clinical competence and confidence.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Experience supervising SLP Clinical Fellows or graduate students preferred.
- Knowledge of school-based speech and language services across K-12 populations.
- Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to commit to weekly supervision sessions during the contract period.
