Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on pediatric populations.
- Experience working in K-12 settings, preferably with Montessori education methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans.
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and intervention strategies.
- Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one therapy sessions, fostering effective communication skills.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
