Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on pediatric populations.
• Experience working in K-12 settings, preferably with Montessori education methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and intervention strategies.
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate small group and one-on-one therapy sessions, fostering effective communication skills.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
