Middle School High School Speech-Language Pathologist in Belvidere, IL

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
• Familiarity with K-12 curriculum and the speech-language needs of students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Location:

• Belvidere, IL

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapeutic services for students requiring speech and language support
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
