About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Surgical Medsurg Unit. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, professional growth, and a supportive team environment.

Compensation

• ASN: $28.66 - $47.29/hour
• BSN: $30.66 - $49.29/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $30,000
• Relocation Assistance Available

Unit Options Available

Candidates may choose from multiple Medsurg units based on interest and experience:

• 4/5 Medical: 40-bed unit treating a wide range of adult medical conditions. Strong team culture and flexible scheduling.
• Carew Medsurg: 24-bed unit specializing in stroke care. Opportunities for NIH or SCRN certification.
• 6 Medical: 20-bed unit with dynamic patient populations across Medsurg and other specialties.
• 2 Surgical: 35-bed unit with short-term stays and moderate acuity. Common diagnoses include COPD, pneumonia, and post-surgical recovery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or BSN required
• Active RN license in Indiana (can be obtained post-offer)
• CPR certification required
• Additional certifications may be required based on unit
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with 100 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have RN experience in an acute care setting
