Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist

• Experience working with children (school-based experience a plus!)

• Strong munication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct therapy services focusing on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and mobility

• Collaborate with teachers & staff to support physical access and participation in the classroom

• Track student progress and adapt therapy interventions accordingly

• Participate in IEP meetings and help set functional, meaningful goals

• Provide support, education, and resources for parents and caregivers
