Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral guidance, focusing on 3-4 students at a time
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs
• Offer training and support to educational staff on ABA techniques and strategies
• Attend and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes
