Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Santa Monica, California.

Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404
Unit Details
- 4 Antepartum rooms
- 9 Labor/High-Risk rooms
- 3 Triage rooms
- No on-call required
- Floating required to Postpartum as needed
- Every other weekend required
- Block scheduling considered at manager discretion
Clinical Experience Required
- Fetal Heart Monitoring
- High-Risk Pregnancy Monitoring
- C-Sections
- Vaginal Deliveries
- Postpartum experience preferred
- Ability to provide couplet care (mother and newborn) is highly desirable
- Newborn role during deliveries is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
- First-time travelers not accepted
- AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM certification required
- ACLS (AHA) required
- BLS (AHA) required
- NRP required
- FHM required
- Active license required at time of submission (pending licenses not accepted)
Floating
- Yes, to Postpartum when needed
- May perform couplet care if Perinatal RNs are unavailable

This position is best suited for an experienced L&D traveler with strong fetal monitoring skills, high-risk obstetric experience, and the flexibility to assist in Postpartum when needed.
