GLC On-The-Go is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Petoskey, Michigan.

- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights

LPN – LTC
13 weeks; Nights
$15/hr + $910 stipend = $1450 weekly gross
$40 OT rate
Requirements:
- At least two years of SNF/LTC, Med Surg experience
- Active LPN License in Michigan
- BLS (AHA)
- Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- This is a challenging location to work at. This need is not for LPN's that may have difficulty handing high paced/stress climate.
Shift Notes:
6p - 6:30a, 36 hrs/week guarantee
Weekend Requirements:
Every Other Weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled
On Call Requirements:
No Call
