\n\nJob Requirements / Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state eligibility\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience required\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills\n
• Comfortable managing high-acuity patients, ventilators, IV drips, and advanced monitoring\n
• Ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced ICU environment\n

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and operate advanced life support equipment (ventilators, hemodynamic monitors)\n
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement critical care plans\n
• Perform timely clinical interventions and escalate changes in patient status as needed\n
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory policies\n
