Pet Care Needed

My pet is over 16 yo. She mostly sleeps and wakes up for food and water. She eats her morning treat/cookie. Dinner is around 6 p.m. She will leave some of her kibbles but will finish it when light is out and people are gone. She wears diapers constantly but needs to go outside to do #2. She is mobile and doesn't need help with walking.
