Residential HVAC Installation Technician

Description:

Magnolia Heating and Cooling is looking for experienced HVAC Installation Technicians in our Residential Service Department. The best candidate must be able to perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Skill set must include the a ability to repair residential and commercial customer’s products while providing top notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigates problems and performs repairs on various systems
• Maintain a high quality of service at all times
• Meet key productivity metrics and goals as set by the company
• Think outside the box on ways to enhance service/experience
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Follow truck maintenance schedule/ keep a clean truck

Requirements:

• Current HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred)
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well on a team
• Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Must pass pre-employment background check
