Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Professional, Laboratory Business Development to drive the growth of our Lab Services. In this pivotal sales and business development role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships within the healthcare community.
What You'll Do:Strategize and Grow: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to significantly increase the utilization of our Lab Services.
Identify and Capitalize: Proactively identify market weaknesses and capitalize on growth opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Drive Sales Cycle: Generate and qualify new business leads, initiate contact with potential customers, and guide them through the sales process to successful close. You'll be responsible for the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to securing new accounts.
Analyze and Report: Regularly monitor progress against sales targets, generate insightful reports, and present analysis of marketing and sales performance to leadership.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold all hospital policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and compliant business practices.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a directly related field is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two to five years of progressive experience in a business development or sales role within a hospital, laboratory, or other healthcare facility is essential.
