 Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

• Lead all full-cycle accounting operations, including financial statement preparation and GAAP compliance

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and variance reporting to support strategic decisions

• Analyze and manage the impact of multinational currency exchange on financial performance

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

• Mentor and develop accounting team members, fostering a high-performance, accuracy-driven culture

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles

• Strong background in multinational currency exchange and consolidated financial reporting

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
