Project Accountant - Now Hiring

Job Title: Project Accountant
Location: Fully Remote
Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job cost accounting for multiple construction projects, including budget tracking, cost coding, and variance analysis

• Review and process subcontractor invoices, purchase orders, and change orders in alignment with contract terms

• Work closely with project managers to monitor project financials and ensure accurate forecasting

• Prepare monthly project financial reports and assist with billing and collections

• Support audits, internal reviews, and project close-out processes with accurate and organized documentation
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA

• 3+ years of experience in project accounting in the construction industry

• Proficiency in construction accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint, Procore, or similar)

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
