Service Account Manager

MHS Lift, a renowned leader in the Material Handling industry and a consistent winner of industry excellence, is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative servicing the assigned territory. We give you the flexibility to leverage relationships by engaging in aftermarket sales, fleet auditing, dispute resolution, and other customer-facing issues with our existing clients. You will manage your territory with the support system that will allow you to successfully identify and close new customers while servicing our existing customer base. Your experience and willingness to make this role your own will be rewarded with an excellent compensation and benefits plan. This position has a base salary between 50-75k plus commissions.

Responsibilities:

• The Customer Service Representative will identify and close new service opportunities within a specific territory.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.
• The Customer Service Representative will maintain and service existing customer needs in your assigned territory, establish new business opportunities through canvasing and cold calling, and fulfill the company’s internal departmental needs.
• The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing and tracking customers using a variety of internal metrics.
• This role will interact with our Account Managers, Accounting, and internal Sales/Service Teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of outside sales experience
• 1-3 years of related Industrial Warehouse sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT)
• Experience using CRM’s
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required.
