Canvasser--Outside Sales Rep
Location: Local territory, in Field, driving
REGIONS: Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver and Portland
Duration: 3-6 months, CTH

Join our team and meet your neighbors! We are looking for driven, confident sales representatives to educate and sell quantum fiber solutions with members of the community in a door to door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers. You would enjoy a base hourly pay plus retention bonuses! Furthermore, this is a contract to hire position, and when you become a full time employee, you will start earning commissions and bonuses!

• Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings. Yes, you will be a technology expert after training.
• You will continue to receive training, feedback and advice from industry leaders throughout your career and there are many changes to apply those skills in careers throughout the Company.
• Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction.
• Even if the neighbor is not or elects not be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about the company and the amazing team that works here.

Required:

• Must be able to learn a (1) page pitch. Able to drive and communicate;
• Looking for some general sales experience or andidates who have worked in pest control, solar, other D2D spaces, military and professional sports.
• Competitive spirit!
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense reports and share back weekly reports of your progress.
• Schedule--Mon-Fri, Tuesday thru Sat: 10 to 7pm or 8pm. Canvassing for 6 hours a day.
