Job Title:Electrical Foreman – Data Center Projects

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on mission-critical data center projects in the Atlanta metro area. This position requires hands-on leadership in the field, with the ability to oversee complex installations, drive production schedules, enforce safety compliance, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Candidates must have prior experience working on large-scale data center builds. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on-site.
Plan and lay out electrical work in alignment with project blueprints, schedules, and code requirements.
Ensure crew productivity meets project milestones and quality standards.
Train and mentor field staff to improve performance and skills.
Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-lines, risers, and specifications.
Oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, grounding, and terminations in compliance with NEC and data center requirements.
Inspect and verify all work is installed correctly before commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or system issues proactively.
Maintain look-ahead schedules and daily reports.
Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and equipment needs.
Track and report job progress, change orders, and potential delays.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and site leadership.
Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and PPE.
Conduct jobsite safety audits and toolbox talks.
Report incidents and near-misses promptly and thoroughly.
5+ years of verifiable experience in commercial electrical work, with 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role.
Data center or mission-critical facility experience required.
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA safety standards, and local building codes.
Experience reading and interpreting complex electrical drawings and scope documents.
Proficient with layout, installation, and inspection of conduit systems (EMT, RMC), cable tray, pull systems, gear, and power distribution.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
OSHA 30 certification
NFPA 70E training
Journeyman or Master Electrician license (any state)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms.
Comfortable working in active construction environments with loud noise, dust, and high activity.
Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Effective communication and crew motivation
High level of attention to detail and jobsite documentation
Ability to manage stress in high-stakes, fast-paced projects
