The Physician Credentialing Coordinator will oversee the credentialing process for our physicians and experts for our panel of specialists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all necessary qualifications, certifications, and compliance standards are met for each. This position is essential in maintaining the credibility and reliability of the IME services we provide to our clients.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the full credentialing process for physicians, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking physician credentials and ensuring timely renewals.
- Regularly audit physician files and ensure that all required documents are complete and properly filed.
- Must be self-motivated and very organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet credentialing deadlines.
