Horticultural Manager

This is a full-time on-site position located at our Milwaukee, WI location. You will lead a team of garden center associates to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will also work with other store managers to provide live goods to satellite locations. To fulfill the duties of this job, you must have basic horticulture knowledge and be willing to work outside in potentially inclement weather conditions. In addition to basic pruning, weeding, and watering tasks. You will be responsible for ordering plants and garden decor and creating engaging displays.

Oversee all aspects of our garden center including.

• Plant care and maintenance
• Inventory management
• Implement price updates
• Identify and treat potential pests or diseases
• Provide plant care advice to other team members and clients
• Customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or working with various types of plants (3-5 years preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with hiring and managing staff
• Eye for detail
