1st Shift Assembly/ General Labor
Location: Oklahoma City, 73135
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 3:0 PM
Pay rate: $ 16.00
Duties:
- Adherence to all company policies, such as attendance.
- Follow all safety protocols such as wearing proper PPE (Reflective Vest, Steel Toe Shoes or Boots, Approved Respirators, Protective Gloves, and Safety Glasses).
- Sort materials
- Disassembling batteries and battery packs
- Utilizes test equipment to evaluate battery performance and identify performance issues
- Replace defective parts
- Assists with the repair and refurbishment of batteries
- Package and secure battery packs or battery parts to prepare for shipping
- Provide minor diagnostic work to determine the root cause of non-working batteries
- Provide repairs to refurbish vehicle batteries for redeployment
- Basic knowledge of the company's Quality Management System components
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills required.
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such
- Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and negative drug test.
