We're hiring a Safety & Compliance Manager who’s ready to lead with impact. If you’ve got the mindset of a builder, a sharp eye for safety, and a passion for doing things right (but fast), this could be the opportunity that levels you up.

What You’ll Be Leading:

You’ll play point on keeping our operation DOT-tight, risk-free, and sharp as we scale. This isn't clipboard work—it’s about making safety a living culture across the fleet.

Your Role Will Include:

• Owning DOT & FMCSA compliance across the board

• Leading from the front on training, coaching, and corrective action

• Investigating and responding to incidents with urgency and clarity

• Building systems, not just checking boxes

• Working closely with dispatch and ops to ensure safety is a partner, not a roadblock

• Tracking, auditing, and staying 10 steps ahead of risk

Preferred Experience:

• Fleet, dispatch, or transportation management background

• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations

• Experience leading teams or compliance programs

• Solid computer/reporting skills and comfort using modern tools
