Associate Attorney

We are looking for an experienced civil litigator to join our busy, well-respected boutique law firm in Mission Valley. We have been in business for nearly thirty years. Our practice is comprised of approximately 50% employment litigation, 20% real estate litigation, 15-20% small business litigation, and 10-15% family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• 5 or more years of heavy civil litigation experience
• Experienced in pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations)
• California Bar License in good standing
