We are in search of an experienced Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our committed team.

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

Perform clerical work to support our sales and recruitment teams.
Make outbound calls to existing clients and travelers.
Create and maintain reports using Excel.
Understand how our business operates to ensure a proactive approach.
Send reports and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to analyze data.
Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently.
Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
