Middle School Elementary School Psychologist - Kalamazoo, MI

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Michigan
• Experience working with K-8 students, particularly in elementary and middle school settings
• Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Ability to interpret data and write prehensive psychological reports
• Excellent consultation skills with educational staff, parents, and administration
• Strong assessment skills to evaluate student needs

Location:Kalamazoo, MI

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students in grades K-8
• Collaborate with MTSS and RTI teams to develop and implement support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and needs
• Analyze and interpret data to inform instructional and behavioral strategies
• Write and maintain student evaluation reports and documentation
• Serve as an itinerant psychologist across various classrooms as needed
