Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dedicated professional is sought for a full-time position as a School Psychologist, serving students from Preschool through 12th grade in a supportive K-12 educational environment. This role focuses on addressing the diverse psychological and educational needs of students, ensuring their well-being and academic success for the 2025-2026 school year.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio school psychologist license
- Compliance with all Ohio Department of Education standards
- Experience in K-12 settings, particularly with diverse populations
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location:
- Xenia, OH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement appropriate intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate a positive learning environment
- Provide counseling and support services to students and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide professional development for staff on mental health issues
