• Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 530pm, Saturday 8am - 430pm
• 18 - 25 patients scheduled per day with 30% no-show rate
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Experience with complex medical histories including HIV/AIDS and STI/STD care
