Unit Details:

• Unit Type: LDRP with Special Care Nursery

• Unit Size: 18 LDRP beds / 3 Special Care Nursery beds

• Patient Ratios:

  • Special Care Nursery: 1:1–3

  • LDRP/Couplets: 1:2–3

• Typical Cases: 33 weeks gestation and above

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years NICU experience preferred

• Certifications:

  • BLS (American Heart Association) – Required

  • NRP – Required

• Skills: Must be experienced in NICU care and able to take postpartum couplet assignments
