A Hospitalist team in Western Illinois has recently transitioned to a hospital-employed group and is actively interviewing for Nocturnist Hospitalists to join their team.

About the Opportunity

• Located in West-Central IL
• 330-bed, Level II Trauma Center with excellent sub-specialty backup
• 7 on / 7 off Schedule: Nocturnist 7P-7A with Paid Time Off
• 3 weeks PTO, working only 23 weeks annually
• $363,000 annual compensation plus a 10% base quality bonus
• $150,000 - $300,000 educational debt forgiveness available with proof of outstanding educational debt
• $50,000 sign-on bonus , employed with full benefits
• Extra shift compensation for shifts worked over the monthly minimum (14 shifts)
• Procedures not required, but privileges can be requested if proficient
