We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead the daily operations of our casual full-service restaurant in Boston, MA. Position Summary
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, lead and develop your team, and ensure that both guest satisfaction and financial goals are consistently achieved. This role demands a hands-on leader who can create an inclusive, high-performing team culture while maintaining the standards and values of the restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, including both FOH and BOH.
Recruit, train, and lead a passionate and motivated team.
Ensure exceptional guest service through active floor presence and service coaching.
Manage financial performance, including labor costs, food and beverage costs, and profitability.
Drive sales and develop local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Partner with the corporate team to execute company initiatives and uphold brand standards.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff development programs.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a casual full-service restaurant.
Strong understanding of hospitality, team leadership, and restaurant financials.
Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in restaurant POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.
Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
