Server/Bartender/Key Holder/Floor Manager

We are a seasonally busy open air restaurant with a large smoking section. Ideal candidates have experience in upscale fast paced environments. We also have a large outdoor patio so expect to get your steps in! The restaurant is open air which means it can be a bit warm in the summertime. Stairs will have to be climbed and you will be working in a smoke filled restaurant. We pride ourselves in giving exceptional service to our guests and prospective employees must do the same. Applicants must have prior bartending and serving experience. Experience working private events such as holidays parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, etc. is a huge plus. This particular role is a unique one and you will be wearing many hats throughout the week. We are currently in need of a floor manager for our weekly brunch shift in addition to a key holding employee to close or open the restaurant two to three times a week. This role is best suited for someone with management experience. If you do not have management experience but are still interested in the role do not let this discourage you from applying. You will ultimately be responsible for holding the staff accountable for their opening and closing duties, solving guest's issues, contributing to a positive culture, training new hires, etc. This role will carry no administrative load. Hours are flexible but Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. Compensation for Floor Managing shifts will be hourly while compensation for Key Holding shifts will be partial hourly plus tips.
