Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Franchise & Business Development Coordinator with a proven track record in franchise expansion and development. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting high-potential franchise partners, managing the franchise sales pipeline, and supporting market expansion strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Partner Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and develop potential franchise leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
Assist in designing and executing strategies to attract qualified franchisees, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partners.
Franchisee Evaluation & Selection:
Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate prospective franchisees.
Support the optimization and localization of franchisee qualification criteria.
Franchise Sales Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, from initial inquiry and consultation to contract negotiation and signing.
Market Development & Expansion:
Work closely with real estate and operations teams to identify high-potential markets.
Leverage market research and demographic data to support regional development plans and market entry strategies.
- Location: either base in Los Angeles or New York, willing to travel as project needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2-5 years experience in franchise development, retail expansion, business development, or commercial leasing (preferably in the tea&coffee, Fast Food, FMCG, or retail sector).
Strong ability to execute tasks efficiently
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and support with franchise candidates.
Solid logical thinking and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt strategies to local market conditions.
Preferred Experience:
Proven background in retail franchise development or consumer goods brand expansion.
Familiarity with market mapping, sales pipeline management, and franchise contracts is a plus.
