Responsible for all operating elements of the program including clinical, administrative and service delivery functions.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
Oversee the application of a Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program as defined by CPRC certification standards, CARF standards, and Compass Health Network Policy
Oversee and determine CPRC eligibility for new clients, and ensure timely program enrollment of new clients, as well as appropriate and timely discharges
Ensure quality clinical care as measured by clinical outcome measurements and compliance measures (i.e. Fidelity scores, trends in scores of DLA-20, PHQ-9, GAD-7, progress on clinical treatment protocols, etc.), including, but not limited to:
Medically necessary interventions based on up-to-date assessments, Wellness Plans, and appropriate treatment protocols
Development of, administration of, and clinical oversight of, all CPRC clinical treatment protocols
Use of Supervisor spreadsheets and other available data to guide and measure effectiveness of clinical interventions
Direct clinical treatment provided by Supervisors and teams based on all available quality and compliance information, to include reviewing, distilling, and communicating applicable information and data to Supervisors for action
Timely and accurate documentation
Evidence-based practices (i.e. ITCD, ACT, ACT-TAY, Wellness Coaching, Zero Suicide) are implemented and delivered to fidelity
Oversee response to client crises, including clinical direction and review of all critical and clinically significant events
Ensure quality clinical care is provided by all teams, and work with clinical VP and other CPRC Directors to ensure consistent processes across CPRC in the Compass system
Ensure all clients have access to benefits needed for quality clinical care
Champion and facilitate integration among CPRC and other departments/teams at Compass and with community partners
Oversee staff training/professional development and HR issues
Provide timely reviews of staff job requirements training needs to assure competency in compliance with applicable standards
Ensure that all staff provide services within the scope of their role, education, and training
Develop and review employee AIM plans, ensuring progress toward AIM goals on teams
Oversee HR/coaching/disciplinary issues with staff
Prepare and submit reports as required to the Department of Mental Health
Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
