\n Job Summary:
\n Assists with performing sterile diagnostic and interventional care to patients from young adults through the elderly. Demonstrates basic competency in specialized procedures and equipment, including diagnostic and interventional cardiac, electrophysiology, structural heart, and interventional radiology procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with cardiac catheterization, vascular procedures, structural heart procedures, electrophysiology procedures, and maintaining sterile techniques. The role also involves patient transport, EMR monitoring, and 24/7 call coverage with a 30-minute hospital arrival time.
\n Required Qualifications:
\n • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
\n • Associate's degree in Radiology Technology
\n • ARRT Certification
\n • KY State Certification
\n • BLS Certification
\n Preferred Qualifications:
\n • Nuclear Medicine Certification
\n • ODC Certification
\n Additional Certifications Required or Preferred:
\n • EKG training and annual competency review
\n • ACLS (within six months of hire)
\n • PALS (within 24 months of hire)
