Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need adult care provider with experience. I just had my hip replaced , so need some help picking things up and moving things around my house. Our care concerns are: Very Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance,**(main thing) Medium/heavy Lifting, Light Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Just putting in over and out. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate.
