Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Call Center Representative:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients with appointments, follow-ups, and general inquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish to support diverse patient needs
- Accurately document patient interactions and update records using electronic systems
- Provide information about services, procedures, prescriptions, and care instructions as directed by clinical staff
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across multiple locations
- Maintain a calm and empathetic tone while resolving patient concerns or directing calls appropriately
Qualifications for the Bilingual Call Center Representative:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a medical call center or healthcare customer service setting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating electronic medical record (EMR) systems or similar software
- Clear and friendly communication skills with a focus on patient care
