Immediate need for a Family Medicine ot Internal Medicine Physician to join a well established Immediate Care group as Director. Lets discuss

Background: to provide transformational leadership aligned with group goals for a progressive multispecialty group to emphasize interdepartmental discipline to goals of stabilizing and treating complex medical cases in addition to routine immediate care walk-ins. Must work well with other departments to strategically achieve goals. Will need to work well with Nurse Managers, case managers and medical directors.

ED/IC/Urgent Care experience is necessary, but also comfortable in Internal Medicine. Palliative experience is an added benefit.

This is a working manager who will also be embedded with Immediate Care shifts at our Immediate Cares. Primary work day is Mon-Friday with additional weekend shifts paid per shift.

$310-$325K salaried employed Mon-Fri 8a-5p plus extra shift work on weekends. $4000 CME per year. 27 days PTO which included paid major holidays. Full benefits
