Schedule: Part-Time | 20-25 hours per week. Must be available Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an outgoing and dependable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our self-storage facility. You’ll be the face of the company—welcoming customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. This role also includes light cleaning duties to help keep our facility neat and customer-ready.

We’re looking for someone friendly, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers in person—not just from behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Answer phone calls and assist with rental inquiries, payments, and unit availability.
• Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Walk the property periodically to ensure cleanliness and address any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized office and customer-facing area.
• Promote storage unit features and additional services when appropriate.

• Comfortable getting up to greet customers and moving around the property as needed.
• Basic computer and phone skills; ability to learn internal systems.
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to perform light cleaning duties as part of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Must be available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
