PrideStaff is looking for a Logistics Engineer!

A Logistics Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing logistics processes and systems that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to streamline the supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and improve logistics processes to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and transportation efficiency.
2. Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with global and regional supply chain goals.
3. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics operations.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
5. Support warehouse design, automation projects, and logistics technology      implementation.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
7. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization.
8. Support the transformation to strong material flow behavior across the plant.
9. Drive initiatives to improve material flow and GPS skills and competences within our tools and Methods.
10. Work within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision.

Ability and willingness to document and communicate process improvements.
Ability and willingness to create, maintain, and improve production replenishment systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in pursuit of improved processes.
Ability to attain “super-user” status in warehouse areas.

Required Minimum Qualifications
The minimum education, certifications, licenses, technical skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary for success in this position.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.]
