We are seeking a Psychiatrist to work with our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team to provide evidence-based intensive home and community-based services to adults with severe persistent mental illness pursuing recovery goals. The Psychiatrist, in collaboration with the Team Leader, will have clinical responsibility for psychiatric and medical assessments, prescribing, and monitoring treatment for individuals served. The role also includes providing clinical supervision, education, and training to the interdisciplinary PACT team, which includes professionals in rehabilitation, counseling, nursing, and social work. Additionally, the psychiatrist will contribute to developing, maintaining, and supervising medication and psychiatric and medical treatment policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of prescribing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in treating severe and persistent mental illnesses.
- Clinical supervisory experience is desirable.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts required.
- Current Federal DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Certificates required.
- Ability to pass multistate CORI, reference, employment, education, and credentialing checks.
