Counter Associate - Min. Age Requirement 18 + - Full-time / Part-time

·       Provide our customers with superior customer service

·       Be friendly, responsive and efficient

·       Loves providing the best and consistent sandwiches, gourmet coffee drinks and other related items possible

·       Treat each customer and other crew members as a respected and valued person

·       Help maintain our environment to be upbeat, fun, exciting, safe and sanitary

·       Be prompt for your scheduled shifts, it’s better to be 5 minutes early than 2 minutes late

·       Keep your energy and attitude, up

·       Work smartly, safely and sanitary

·       Keep yourself and our store clean and sanitary while working

·       Operate various types of equipment, cash registers, toaster, microwave, deli scale, slicer, mixer, coffee brewers, espresso machine, coffee grinders, etc.

·       Be able to stand and work on your feet 90 % of your scheduled shift, and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

·       Be able to handle cash accurately

·       Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

·       Perform prep work including; following recipes for making cream cheeses, deli salads, slicing deli meats, vegetable’s etc.
