We're seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Design Sales Representative to join our team and help customers bring their vision to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals, design consultants, or customer service experts looking to grow their income while making a real impact. Enjoy the stability of a base salary with the earning potential of commission and performance bonuses, averaging $100,000+ after one year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and virtual design consultations for residential and commercial clients.
• Perform Door to Door sales and gain new clients.
• Present tailored window covering solutions (shades, blinds, shutters, etc.) that meet client needs and style preferences.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by our award-winning marketing team.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating our value proposition, building trust, and closing deals.
• Use proprietary software to take accurate measurements and configure orders.
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM and manage sales pipeline from lead to final installation.
• Attend team meetings, ongoing training, and collaborate with internal staff and external partners.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, realtors, builders, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or design consulting (in-home sales experience preferred).
• A strong interest in interior design, home décor, or home improvement industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma required; some college or design coursework preferred.
• Able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
