Job Description
Adecco is assisting a company near Salem NH in their search for a Customer Service Representative. This role is temp to hire. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay: $20-24/HR BOE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs all order entry and expediting duties as needed.
  • Prepares order entry documents.
  • Enters sales orders into ERP system.
  • Summarizes order status and reports to internal and external customers.
  • Works with vendors to expedite material.
  • Manages escalations through to completion.
  • Manages reverse supply chain, including escalations and reporting.
  • Fields questions from customer’s and sales; recommends corrective actions to address customer issues.
  • Researches vendor material discrepancies and works with vendors to resolve.
  • Establishes procedures, documents processes, and expedites workflow.
  • Maintains records of customer service requests and complaints.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Proficient on Microsoft applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Netsuite and Royal4 a plus.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
