Restaurant Manager

We are Dakota Enterprises Inc., a locally owned and operated Subway Franchisee with stores in Cobb, Paulding. and Douglas Counties We are looking for Store Managers and Shift Leaders. Store Managers are responsible for the entire operations of their assigned store. This includes hiring, training, inventory, ordering, and building sales. Store Managers are responsible for keeping their store in compliance with all Dakota Enterprises, Subway and Health Department standards and regulations.

Shift Leaders are responsible for running shifts of 2 to 4 people and helping the store achieve all of the goals set by the store manager and the corporate office. Our Shift leaders will receive training and support. Our best Shift leaders have an opportunity to get on the fast track to becoming a store manager.

Management or Shift Leader experience is definitely a plus, but we are willing to train those that demonstrate both a willingness to learn and the desire to exceed the expectations of our guests and team members.

Physical Requirements

● Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register (cashier).

● Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
