Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I have medical problems. I enjoy gardening my day consists of errands, housekeeping, misc, things. About the care needs: I would like someone who could do cooking , has some experience in exercising etc to help me with doctors orders. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
