Emergency Medicine Physician

Locum Emergency Physician needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Ripley, MI.

Need:

ONSITE ORIENTATION REQUIRED 1 DAY PRIOR TO 1ST BLOCK OF ASSIGNED SHIFTS

August:

Aug 9-12, 8am - 8pm

Aug 17th, 8am - 8pm

Aug 24 - 26, 8am - 8pm

September:

Sept 4-8, 8am - 8pm

Sept 14-15, 8am - 8pm

Sept 21 -22, 8am - 8pm

• Schedule Days for Clinic/Hospital: 7 days a week.
• No Call.
• Number of patients seen per day: average of 36.
• What support staff is available: ED RN's, 1 APP.
• The following support services have 24 hours availability at the facility: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology.
• Is there a L&D department: Yes.
• Practice Settings: Outpatient.
• Type of Charting/EMR: Meditech.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: YES (Board Certification in Emergency Medicine REQUIRED).
• How long does Credentialing Take: 30 days/as fast as provider can submit required documents.
• Licensed in MI only.
• Are Temp Privileges Granted: Yes, in needed situations.
• Average number of Admissions per shift: 3 per day.
• Emergency Medicine Board Certified required.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
